How to Use

1. Fill the mold with your chosen liquid, leaving some space at the top as the liquid will expand when frozen.

2. Secure the lid and place the mold in the freezer for approximately 3–4 hours.

3. Allow the mold to sit for a few minutes or rinse with water for 1–2 minutes to help loosen the lid before opening.

4. Gently massage the frozen roller over the skin using circular motions.

5. Use a clean, dry towel to wipe away excess moisture during use.
